Attention Inpatient Providers: Treating Adult Med/Surg patients with a positive CAM-Short score

Effective Monday, February 9, 2025: Adult patients with a positive CAM-Short screening completed by nursing will trigger the Delirium Score OPA to fire when a provider opens a Med/Surg patient chart.
