[epicproviders] Effective 1/20/2026: New Patient List Columns Available

Inpatient Provider

Effective Tuesday January 20, 2026: Two new Patient List columns are now available in Epic: Vital Signs Order Frequency and I&O Order Frequency. These columns allow users to view the ordered frequency for vital signs and intake and output (I&O) directly from their Patient Lists.
