[epicproviders] Effective 7/16/2026: Heparin Orders Dosing Change

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Attention Inpatient Providers:

Effective July 16, 2026: Two orders for heparin have been updated to reflect the correct dosing of units/hr instead of ml/hr. This allows for interoperability with the Alaris pumps.
The orders affected are:

     *   heparin in sodium chloride 0.9% infusion 2 units/mL
     *   heparin in sodium chloride 0.9% infusion 2 units/mL (premix)
