Attention Inpatient Providers

Effective Monday June 1, 2026: The new adult consult order:  [CON180] Consult to Adult Behavioral Emergency Response Team (BERT) is available to Inpatient Providers.
Adult patients at Downtown or Community Hospital who are violent to self or others, display agitation or aggression, psychosis with agitation, dementia, result a high VAT Score or display other behavioral symptoms are candidates for consultation.
