[epicproviders] Ambulatory: Immunization to the MAR Activity

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective October 17, 2026:

Immunization administration will now be documented through the Medication Administration Record (MAR) activity, aligning the process with inpatient medication administration and creating a more streamlined, consistent workflow across the organization.
