<b>the Health Information Management (HIM) department</b> <b>has requested</b> that IMT run a utility to remove incomplete and pended inpatient notes older than 6 months.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b>November 21, 2020</b><i>.</i> This message is being sent to make you aware that this utility will be run and provide an opportunity for providers to address their incomplete or pended notes before the utility is completed.
