</b>a new Best Practice Advisory (BPA) will activate when a medication order with an

causing a medication route/LDA mismatch. This new BPA is in accordance with the <b>
Conversion of Oral Medications for NG/OG/NJ/PEG or Jejunal Tube Administration </b>
policy <b><span style="color:#0462C1">CM F-04</span></b><span style="color:#0462C1">.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
