<b>Glycemic Management Team</b> to address hypoglycemic and hyperglycemic patients with more transparency of recommendations made for patient care. The new
<b>Glycemic Management Stewardship Note</b> allows <b>all members</b> of the care team to view recommendations made by Glycemic Management Team.<o:p></o:p></p>
