</span>As part of the Pre-Op Quality Improvement initiative, a <b>Pre-Op Risk Assessment</b> has been created in Epic. The Pre-Op Risk Assessment will allow providers to screen patients and identify any potential health risks prior to surgery. Based on the
results of the screening, recommendations in Epic will be made in the form of consults and/or lab orders to help streamline the clearance process.<o:p></o:p></p>
