[util] HVAC CHET 12th floor Air balancing

Air Balancing of the HVAC systems in the East tower 12th Floor will be conducted on Thursday November 6th and Friday November 7th. We have met with affected areas, so this notice is just a reminder. The balancing will be non-disruptive and should only take a few minutes to complete in each room.
