[util] HVAC air balancing

Air Balancing of the HVAC systems in the East Tower 11th floor will be conducted on Thursday, October 2nd and Friday, October 3rd.


We have met with affected areas, so this notice is just a reminder.


The balancing will be non-disruptive and should only take a few minutes to complete in each room.
