[util] EW/ET Horns and Strobe Testing

Physical plant will be doing the annual fire alarm horn and strobe test for East Wing/ East tower on Friday 02/27/2026.

This test is scheduled for February 27th starting at 10AM.

The test will involve the activation of all horns and strobes located within the East Wing and East Tower and a quick walk thru to verify each device has activated.  This test will take approximately ten to fifteen minutes to complete. We appreciate everyone's patience while completing the final portion of our annual testing.
