[util] Annual Air Balance Verification Checks

It's time for Physical Plant's annual verification of  the pressure rooms in the East Wing/Tower and  7U areas.

Air Balancing of the HVAC systems for isolation rooms in the hospital will begin on the 12th Floor starting Monday June 8th  working down each floor until  Friday June 12th.

The air balancing will be non-disruptive as only air pressure measurements are taken. Each room takes approximately 5 min to complete.
