<span class="elementToProof">February 23–26, 2026, contractors will be on the 3rd floor to address minor fire penetration deficiencies within the fire-rated wall assemblies. Work will begin in the 3rd Floor South area. Access to the 3rd Floor North area will
 occur early Wednesday morning, prior to the unit opening.</span></div>
