[util] Fire System communication

The East Wing/East Tower floors 2-13 Fire system currently has communication issues.

The system will function properly on the individual floors.

Call 4-5555 to report any fire/smoke/fire alarm activation so Physical Plant can assess and advise any necessary actions for staff to take.


Safety rounds are being done by Public Safety until the system is fully functional.
