[util] ALERT -- FANS NOT WORKING

Good afternoon,


Due to an inability to reset after the code red that was called this afternoon in the East Wing - the fans are down in the East Wing.

This is also causing the bells and strobe lights to continue flashing.

We are actively working to resolve this issue as soon as we can.
