[util] CHET water pressure UPDATE

Can we have handwashing stations brought to each unit?  I'm not sure how many we have in house.

I have called equipment to give them a heads up they may receive calls for commodes.
Commodes with liners should work temporarily.

We have no water at all on the 11th and 12th floor.  We’re going to need water and a way to flush the toilets.

Per city, water main break larger than expected. It will be several hours before it can be repaired.

The city of Syracuse has reported a large water main break.



This break will effect water pressure in the Children's Hospital Tower until fixed.



Information will be forwarded as it is received.
