<span style="color: black;">The OR7 contractor needs to perform a shutdown on the reheat loop that serves all rooms in the East Wing floors 2-6. This shutdown is needed to facilitate the replacement of the reheat coil line in rm E5622B. We have scheduled this
work to begin on Tuesday, 05/05/26 at 2200, with an estimated completion time of 0400 on 05/06/26. During this shutdown, we will have limited control over individual room temp</span><span style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36);">eratures, but we should be able to make
most adjustments with the fan systems for minimal impact</span><span style="color: black;">. This will
</span><span style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36);">also </span><span style="color: black;">affect the Main ORs on the 5th floor and the Burn Unit on the 6th floor. We should be able to accommodate any temp adjustments needed for emergency cases in the ORs as needed.
Space heaters will be available for the Burn Unit as needed.</span></p>
