Just wanted to remind you of our first session of our Geriatrics ECHO THIS THURSDAY (7.25) at 12 PM

Andrea Berg, MD will be discussing Dementia 101: MCI vs. Dementia.

If you have any patient cases relating to dementia care that you would like to discuss during our clinic please fill out the attached case presentation form and email it back to me ASAP.  Please remember all information needs to remain de-identified.  

For those of you that have not been present for our ECHOs before we will start our clinic with a quick attendance, move into the didactic portion and then on to the cases.  We are always looking for cases and they are most successful when the ECHO community shares their thoughts, questions and recommendations as well as the hub team. Always feel free to open your mic and ask questions or share your thoughts.
