*This week will be the first of Community of Preceptor ECHO series.  Please read below for all the information (especially if you are looking to obtain MOC).  The first session is from 4-6 on Monday. The rest are being held on the first Tuesday of every month at 12 PM.

FREE CME will be provided! Free MOC for Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.

We are excited to invite you to a new, virtual, free faculty development program for 2022-2023. This longitudinal series will provide support to clinician-teachers. Our goal is to create a community of preceptors who share teaching tips and enthusiasm for teaching medical and health professions students.

For our first session, the Academy of Upstate Educators will provide a two-hour workshop on Feedback and the Learning Environment, to be held virtually, 4-6pm on September 19th.

Each session thereafter will be on the first Tuesday of the month, at noon (also virtual). Please see the attached flyer. The Zoom link is provided below and all community office as well as inpatient and outpatient clinical preceptors are invited. FREE CME will be provided! Free MOC for Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.

For those faculty who are employed at Upstate, attendance at the September 19th session and any two of the subsequent sessions will qualify for the “BEST” teaching skills requirement for new faculty hires.
