[util] Having Issues w/Building Management Control System

Good afternoon,

Physical Plant is currently having issues with part of the control system that starts and stops equipment as well as makes temperature changes.

We maintain ability by physically connecting to various panels throughout the facility, but the process is much slower than when controlled at our central monitoring station. We are working with IMT to resolve as quickly as possible.

Please limit change requests to those that are urgent in nature if possible until we can resolve the control issue.
