[util] Reduced Cooling Capabilities

The IHP building is experiencing reduced cooling capabilities. Everything possible is being done to minimize the impacts over the next few expected high temperature days.

Staff may notice higher than normal area temperatures. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update as further information becomes available.
