[util] [EXTERNAL] Domestic Water Shutdown / Saturday February 13th / Starting 3:00 PM

There will be a domestic water shutdown on Saturday February 13th in the Campus Activities Building starting at 3PM (1500) when the building is vacated.

This shutdown is required to make repairs to the building's water system. It should have little impact on personnel or operations since the building is expected to be unoccupied.

The work will  start around 3PM and should be completed around 7PM.  The water supply will be flushed  with chlorinated water after the shutdown by HVAC.
