[util] Generator Out of Service through Thursday, May 20th

Due to unforeseen delays in attaching a new control panel for the CAB generator, the unit will not be operable for the rest of today and possibly into tomorrow, Thursday May 20th.

In the event of a loss of normal power, egress lights will still illuminate, however no elevator service will be available.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
