[util] Jacobson Hall Entrance

Good morning,

The side door of Jacobson Hall (North-facing towards the CAB) with ID Badge access has been turned into an EXIT ONLY door; the outside handle has been removed for this purpose and the badge ID swipe box will be removed in the near future by our electronics department.  All employees should be using the front entrance to enter the building.
