[util] Water Shut down JH

Good morning,

We had to do an emergency shut down to the water to Jacobson Hall, it should be no longer than an hour until it is back to normal operations.  If you notice discoloration after the water is turned back on please allow the water to run a few minutes, if it persists please notify the Physical Plant - MOC at ext. 4-4230.
