[util] Jacobsen Hall generator failure

The emergency generator serving Jacobsen Hall has failed.
Estimated time to obtain and replace the failed parts is at least several days.

National Grid sees no weather events impacting reliability of normal power to the building . In the event of a loss the normal power  feed, there is a separate redundant power source that would be automatically switched on so a sustained loss  of power is unlikely.

In the event of a sustained loss of power, the building would need to be evacuated. We have provided flashlights to the groups that work after dark to augment the in place emergency exit lighting.
