[util] CAB Domestic Water

Due to a domestic water line break in the supply to the CAB, all water will be shut off by the City Of Syracuse at
8 pm tonight and the building will be closed for the weekend.

Physical Plant will be monitoring over the weekend and evaluate repair options early Monday morning. An updated notice will be sent out once a plan is in place.
