[util] Normal Power shutdown for WHA sub-basement

      The date shown below are new date.  Please take notice.

On Saturday, July 11th,  Jacobson Hall, CAB, and Clark Tower will have the normal Power shutdown. There will be emergency power, but no one should be in the buildings.  Switching will be performed in the library (once at the start and again at the end).

Also, on this date the contractor will be making changes to the 480V loads in WHA.  This will affect normal lighting, air handling equipment and Lab air and vacuum. If the researchers need lab air and vacuum, they should make other arrangements. Since the normal lighting will be off no one should be in the building.  This shutdown will start at 6 AM and last about 8 hours.
No Emergency Power will be affected
