Good morning,



I have a temple request change. Starting September 8th, will you add 3 additional follow-ups each friday at 1:45, 2:30 and 3:15 please? but block them through December 2023.


Please also block all my 4 pm slots on Monday - Wednesday starting now.


I would like my future temple to not have 4 pm slots on Mon-Wed and those three visits will be moved to Fridays. This can start whenever there are not patients scheduled at 4pm. However, I have patients scheduled in the 4 pm slots for awhile, so I am going to try to pull them forward into the newly created and held Friday slots. The template team does not need to move anyone, I'll do that as this is my fault. I'll be sure to only move people forward so as not to get dinged on the 30 day cancellation.
