Good afternoon,

I have a doctor's appointment on 9/18/23 and I am requesting my schedule to be blocked for this day. I apologize as I usually like to give several months in advance notice for appointments, but this is a new referral for an ongoing concern.

Any patients on my schedule can be moved to my admin time if needed for rescheduling.
