Hi Brenda,

I understand that this is needed due to medical reasons, but since this is late notice it will create less than 30 day cancellations for patients.  There are 12 patients scheduled on 9/14, we can move these to any open slot or 11am slot opening before 9/14 in order for this not to count towards the <30day cancellation rule.  I do see that you are still blocked for a possible vacation on 8/29, is this still needed?
