[JosProv-time] Provider Schedule Requests

We have created an email listing for the providers to use anytime you need to make schedule changes or requests for time off. The benefits to using this is that you no longer need to guess who to email. The email is set up so that your email will always go to the appropriate individuals.

For Adult and Pediatric APPs you must email josprov-time at lists.upstate.edu<mailto:josprov-time at lists.upstate.edu> and CC your Medical Director in your email requests for approvals. Adults will CC Dr. Weinstock and Pediatrics will CC Dr. Izquierdo.
