Subject: clinic rescheduling template

Beth, for December 4-21, my husband is going to take the Mondays off. Michelle, I had told Beth I have babysitting issues those weeks as the au pair is going to Columbia for a visit before extended the year with us.
Please double my fellows from 2 to 4 for both morning and afternoon clinics on Mondays and in those spaces fit the patients from tuesday and thursdays every week. They can have their own slots with my patients.
Mashaal will be off so there will be no endocrine surgery clinic those weeks and those fellows can be assigned for extra clinics. You and Michelle can look at fellow clinic schedule and see who else to pull-for example fellwos that would be otherwise assigned to attending who is inpatient, fellows assigned to attendings on vacation, fellows who would otherwise have adrenal clinic with me later in the week etc.
After doing above, if there isn't enough spaces to fit everyone, please let me know and I will tell you which admin day to open.
