[JosProv-time] Special Circumstance - Vacation Change for Dr. Cervelo

We are switching Dr. Cervelo' s March 4-8 vacation to the week of March 18-22. This is a special circumstance since his fiancé is expecting their first child that week!

Since he was scheduled to be inpatient the week of March 18-22, Dr. Chaugule agreed to switch her inpatient week with his. Below is the new schedule for those two weeks:

3/4-3/8: Dr. Cervelo Inpatient

Please assign Dr. Chaugule to his clinics that week
3/4: PM Acharya - Dr. Tung (1C) Dr. Chaugule (2B)
3/5: AM Delibasi - Dr. Chaugule (2B)
        PM Adrenal/Acharya  - Dr. Dhillon (2C) Dr. Chaugule (2B)

3/18-3/22: Dr. Chaugule Inpatient; Dr. Cervelo Vacation

Since there are only two fellows here that week, please cancel Dr. Chaugule's clinics
3/19: AM Clinic with Delibasi
3/21: AM Clinic with Sloane
           PM Urgent Clinic
3/22: AM Clinic with Delibasi
