[JosProv-time] patel call schedule blocks

Hi,

There are a few call weeks that look like they were not blocked properly:
4/24/24 - morning half of the day was not locked according to the blocked template below (paper given to stephanie for rescheduling)
5/22/24 - 3pm slot is blocked so please move patients scheduled in 3pm slot to 1 pm slot (paper given to stephanie for rescheduling)
5/26/24 - 10a slot should be blocked for call

Next call schedule period. I am on call the following weeks so please block per template below and if patients are in blocked slots they will need to be moved to open slot that day or rescheduled for another day.
