Hi Rachel,

November 13th is less than 30 days' notice; the policy requires there to be a 30 day notice for any request for time off. Any request less than 30 day notice requires approval from the medical director.

November 22nd- you already requested 11/22 to 11/24 off on 8/17/23.

The green holidays pertain to other unions, you will need to look at the bottom of the calendar to identify which holidays you will receive as an RF employee. For 11/24/23 "All other eligible employees (CSEA, PEF, RF, and M/C) whose requests for time off are approved must charge the time to appropriate accruals. Employees who wish to work must be permitted to do so if it is their normally scheduled workday."

What is the status of Nov 7 (dark green float day on the SUNY calendar) and Nov 24 in regards to how to record on time sheet?
