[JosProv-time] summer vacation

Hello,
I am requesting time off for the summer.

July 11, 12th
July 26, 29
August 12-16
August 23, 26
August 30th

Also, the first week of school 9/3-9/6, can we block my 8:00/8:30 slot until bus schedule is situated. Its always very behind the first week or so.
