[JosProv-time] error in fellow clinic scheduling

Victor, can you please make this group aware of the errors.

Stephanie, if there are no attendings, we are not really asking another attending to staff while they have their own clinic. This morning Dr. Delibasi has his own clinic so he should not be staffing Victor. If he did not have his own clinic and he said ok, that would be ok.
Victor, can you please clarify the date when you saw patients were scheduled when they are not supposed to be.

This is the first time I am hearing about this as well.   We did have to cancel the morning clinic with Dr. Tung on 4/25 as there is no attending.  Dr. Delibasi agreed on 11/6 to precept this morning as Dr. Feuerstein is on vacation.

I am not sure what other errors there might have been.  Could you please let me know where this information is coming from so that I can follow up?

I am hearing there was a lot of errors in patient scheduling this week. Just wanted to make you aware if you haven't already heard.

Can someone look into what the error was so that we don't repeat this when fellows are on vacation?
