Hi,

I had to change my vacation around last minute and will be taking vacation as follows:
9/10 - ½ day afternoon session
9/11 - full day
9/12 - full day
9/13 - full day

10/8 - ½ day afternoon session
10/9 - full day
10/10 - full day

Please block my schedule. I provided Stephanie with where and how to reschedule patients.

Please let me know once it is completed.
