[JosProv-time] Time Request 10/23/24

Good morning,

I would like to request 10/23/24 to be blocked on my schedule for vacation. Any scheduled patients can be placed in any open slot, any 11 am slot, during prior or future admin time, or at 3:50 pm if needed. I know October is filling quickly so if for some reason this cannot be honored, let me know so I can may adjustments in my plans.
