Victor and Shabnam were originally scheduled to work with you on 3/20, however, both are on vacation that week.

Subject: schedule change April 8 and March 20

Hello all,

Bad news first: I need to clear/block my schedule for April 8.
The good news: I turns out I WILL be here March 20.

I'm not sure of the best way to handle this. Obviously, patients can be moved to the morning on the March 20th.
The question is about the afternoon when I would usually have fellows' clinic. I guess the first step is to make sure that fellows who would originally have been in rotation to have clinic with me that afternoon are still available.

If so, great! I have several NPV referrals in my in-basket who need to be seen relatively soon and we could put a couple in Fellows' schedules that afternoon.
Up to you all if you want to incorporate my follow-ups from 4/8 into the fellows clinic on 3/20.

If no fellows available 3/20, just move as much of the 4/8 schedule to that day as possible.

Thanks!
