Dr. Acharya has approved Dr. Akshata Chaugule's vacation change from May 13th-24th to April 22nd-May 3rd. Please note the clinic schedule changes below:



April 22-26: Dr. Chaugule is scheduled for clinics on the dates below. Please update/replace her as follows:

Mon, 4/22: AM with Dr. Acharya - Dr. Tung will cover

Tue, 4/23: AM with Dr. Feuerstein - Beth will move patients

Wed, 4/24: PM with Dr. Hopkins - Dr. Cervelo will cover

Thu, 4/25: PM Urgent Clinic - schedule was empty - Beth blocked



April 29-May 3: Dr. Chaugule is scheduled for clinics on the dates below. Please update/replace her as follows:

Tue, 4/30: AM with Dr. Delibasi - Dr. Araoye will cover

Fri, 5/3: AM with Dr. Delibasi - Dr. Dhillon will cover
