[JosProv-time] January 24 11:00 am patient

I am on the inpatient service the week of January 22.  I know that I approved a patient at 9:00 am on January 24.  However, there is also a patient scheduled for 11:00 am that morning.  I don't recall approving that and would be surprised if I did as that is a very bad time to have a patient when I am on the in-patient service. That patient will have to be rescheduled.
