[JosProv-time] Time Off 5/3/24

Good afternoon,

Please block my 1:45pm, 2:30pm and 3:15pm slots on 5/3/24 as I will be out of the office for a medical appointment. I am currently scheduled to see a patient at 1:45pm that day but I have other open slots on that day if the family is agreeable to a different time slot.
