wanted to clarify below, even if there is a new patient at 2.30 on tuesday, still ok to add to 3 pm for new patients or follow ups. Also ok to doublebook any tuesday pm spots. Thanks.

Hi, something  has come up for me on August 22nd and august 29th  and I have to move patients on those dates to take time off.
I went through all the patients. The patient at 10.20 am patient on august 22nd cannot be seen by NP/PA. Please move that patient to my adrenal clinic or monday fellow clinic supervised by me.
Rest of the follow ups can be moved to NP/PA clinics and the new patients can be moved to my tuesday afternoon clinics(including 3 pm spots)-i see many spots available.
Sorry about the inconvenience.
Ps, I Do not recall the group email address that we send the time off request to. Can you please forward so that everyone is aware? Let me know if there are any issues with this.
