[JosProv-time] Nov 6 open

Good morning,

I will not be taking vacation on November 6th because I am on call that day. Please open up the schedule, but block the whole day for now, because I need to move patients from the next week into other slots because of a conference. I'll take care of moving those patients, I just need the slots open please.
