[JosProv-time] Vacation requests

Hello,



I hope you are doing well. I am requesting time off to attend two medical congresses, which will take place from May 20th to June 7th. I will be available to see all my patients before these dates. Could you please reschedule my appointments for the following Wednesdays: May 1st, May 8th, and May 15th? If required, my Monday mornings in May can also be allocated for patient consultations.



Furthermore, following Dr. Weinstock's recommendations, I would like to reserve some dates for the next year. Please block my schedule for the following periods in 2025: June 2nd to June 13th, July 14th to July 18th, and August 11th  to August 15th
