[JosProv-time] schedule update

Hi all,

Please mark July 22 as a vacation date for me. I already rescheduled the patients who were still on the schedule that day.
I am on call July 26 and 29th and those dates are already appropriately blocked.

I have a T1DX conference on November 11-13. Please block those days but don't move anyone yet. I may not attend all three days.
