[JosProv-time] Academic conference and summer holds for 2025

Good morning,

I thought May would be far enough away not to have to reschedule patients, but I guess not. I am sorry for not getting this out sooner.

Please block and reschedule anyone scheduled for:
May 14-16 for Pediatric Endocrinology Society Meeting
June 20th and 23rd for ADA

Please also block but do not yet reschedule anyone scheduled for:
Fridays and Monday in July and August starting July 11th and ending Aug 29th. Most of these will be released once we are a bit closer to summer 2025.
